10 inch rise in that room to meet with the current floors in the home. All electrical was updated to make the home safer and more efficient. Both electrical panel boxes were replaced and expanded. The outside roof stack was also updated. Recessed lighting was added to the living and dining rooms. New kitchen lighting was installed including under cabinet lighting. New lighting was also updated in both bathrooms and the laundry area as well. Custom paint was applied in the living room, dining room, bedrooms and kitchen.
